Yet they derive little or no commercial value, no strategic value for their brands and sponsors, and receive no protection from trolls and haters. KICCA provides the solution, creating an ideal online environment for stars, their brands and their fans, supported by the extensive senior level media expertise within the KICCA management team and a growing number of innovative industry partnerships. The management team enjoys unprecedented access to and relationships with the leading stars, management, brands and top media organisations.
In December 2014, KICCA soft launched as a brand new sports media business with the stars and the leading sports writers as shareholding partners. It centres on a social media platform operating across key smart devices, driven primarily by star content – comment on the events and breaking agenda, pictures, audio, video; a constant 360° source of authentic content controlled from one single platform and syndicated to mainstream media and their multi-million audiences. The platform is built and the ‘hard launch’ is scheduled for June 2015 off the back of the new native iOS and Android apps.
To date, some 350 stars have joined the platform, including many globally recognised names across a range of sports, with a projected doubling by the end of 2015. The KICCA team will guide and protect the stars and monetise their content.
