The ESRG Group is delighted to announce a significant deal from MoMedia, the digital distributor/VoD content-management company in which ESRG Media holds a significant investment. MoMedia has secured distribution rights for key titles from Hasbro Studios – the global content leader and producer of TV shows based on Hasbro’s world class brands, including ‘My Little Pony’, ‘Littlest Pet Shop’ and ‘Family Game Night’.

As part of the distribution campaign, MoMedia will repackage and distribute major animated TV franchises from Hasbro Studios in multiple languages, including ‘Transformers: Rescue Bots’ and ‘G.I. Joe: Renegades’.
MoMedia will manage the digital distribution across transactional VoD platforms worldwide (excluding the USA, Australia and New Zealand). This distribution will be supported with social media, marketing campaigns and in-platform promotions. MoMedia will provide Hasbro Studios with real time analytics, monitoring live information on content sales performance and other key data via a proprietary web based dashboard tool.
MoMedia currently operates in USA, Canada, UK and Australia/NZ, in addition to aggregating localised content for France, Germany, Italy, Greece, the Nordics, Benelux and CEE territories such as Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Its content distribution includes documentaries, kids TV programming and localised Hollywood content, across major global and local VoD platforms, including iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Instant, Xbox, Samsung and Hulu.
